It Is A Framework Arrangement And The Contract Period Is Two (2) + Option (1+1) Years. The Contract Period Starts On May 1, 2026 At The Earliest. The Purchasing Decision Is Based On Overall Economic Affordability And The Comparison Basis Is The Price (Euro/Kg Incl. Vat 0%). The Qualitative Requirements Are Presented In The Tender Documents As Minimum Requirements. The Max. Available In The Offer Comparison. The Score Is 100 Points. The Best Bidder In The Bid Comparison Is The Bidder With The Highest Score. Based On The Bid Comparison, The Three (3) Most Economically Advantageous Contract Suppliers Are Selected For The Purchase. Contract Suppliers May Also Be Selected Less Than Three (3) If There Are Fewer Than Three (3) Bidders. Orders Are Placed In Accordance With The Procedure In Section 10. Framework Arrangement Of The Draft Contract. The Anticipated Annual Value Of The Acquisition Is Approx. 25,000-35,000 Euros (Incl. Vat 0%). The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Does Not Bind The City Of Hyvinkää.
