The Object Of The Procurement Is The Asphalted Field Structures To Be Built In The Stormossen Area (Koivulahti, Mustasaari) As A Complete Contract, Which Includes Two Sub-Areas: 1) Compost Field Extent: About 10,000 M²location: In A Quarry (Work Area Below A Large Rock/Quarry) Content Of The Work: Earth And Foundation Works To Achieve Structural Layer Thicknesses (E.G. Peeling/Excavation, Organic Removal Of Material) Transport And Reception Of Surplus Soil In Accordance With The Contract Documents (Max. 1 Km) Spreading And Sealing Of Structural Layers In Accordance With Infraryl And The Contract Documents, Drainage Arrangements: 1.5 M Wide Drainage Ditch/Canal, Sewer Piping (Ø 215 Mm) And Wells And Connections To Existing Structures In Accordance With The Contract Documents, Moving The Existing Light Pole Approximately 20 M To The Northeast, Including The Necessary Cabling And Electrical Work In Accordance With The Contract Documents Asphalting: Abt 11/120, Thickness 60 Mm Bearing Capacity: Load-Bearing Requirements And Verification (Plate Load Tests) In Accordance With The Contract Documents2) Asphalted Base And Traffic Area Of The Tarpaulin Hall Extent: Approx. 2600 M² Location: Next To The Old Landfill Scope Of Work: Excavation/Excavation Of The Area And Structural Layers In Accordance With The Contract Documents Processing Of Surplus Soil: Transport And Reception In Accordance With The Contract Documents (Max 500 M) Drying And Reserves: Ditch 150 M And Cable Piping 2 × 110 Mm, 35 M In Accordance With The Contract Documents Asphalting: Ab 16/120, Thickness 50 Mm Bearing Capacity: Requirements According To The Contract Documents And Verification Common Requirements And The Contract Demarcation (Applies To Both Areas) The Contract Is Implemented As A Complete Contract In Accordance With The Contract Program, Work Description And Plan Drawings. The Contract Includes E.G. Measurement Work, Work-Time Arrangements, Documentation (Realization Drawings), Start-Up And Construction Site Meetings, And Cleaning Of The Work Areas. Stone Materials / Materials: Stormossen Will Deliver The Crushed Rock Needed For The Project In Accordance With The Contract Documents. The Contractor Is Responsible For Transporting, Spreading And Compacting The Materials. Loading Of 0–200 Crushed Stone (Pile In Front Of The Br 3 Maintenance Building) Is Included In The Contract. The Loading Of Other Fractions Is Part Of The Teese Botnia Framework Agreement (Swerock Performs The Loading). Additional And Modification Work: Priced According To The Additional And Modification Work Price List Provided In The Tender Service (Applies To Both Areas).
