Scope Of The Public Procurement: The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Deliveries Of Concrete Products, According To The Requests Made By The Contracting Party, Through The Director Of Op Blagostroyavane I Prevention At The Municipality Of Rakovski. The Execution Of The Order Concerns The Following Types Of Concrete Products: - Concrete Curbs 15/25/50 - Estimated Quantity - 40,000 Pcs. - Concrete Blocks 10/20/8 (Light And Dark Gray) - Estimated Quantity 2,000 M2 The Quantities Are Estimated - The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Use Them Completely. In Case The Amount Of Concrete Product Is Reached, The Performance Continues Until The Total Agreed Value (Price) Is Reached Or Until The Contract Expires. Transport Is At The Contractors Expense (This Includes All Types Of Travel Expenses, Tolls, Etc.) And Must Be Included In The Unit Price Of The Relevant Product/Material/Product. The Contracting Authority May Unilaterally Terminate This Agreement In The Event Of 3 (Three) Complaints Within The Agreed Period, Resp. The Applicant Or Participant Should Possess A Valid Certificate For Production Control Of Concrete Products Or Equivalent For: - Concrete Curbs 15/25/50 - Concrete Blocks 10/20/8 1.2. The Concrete Products Must Meet The Requirements Of Bds En 1340:2005 – Concrete Curbs For Pavements. Requirements And Test Methods And Bds En 1340:2005/Na:2013 – Concrete Curbs And Pavements. Requirements And Test Methods. National Annex Or Equivalent/S, Respectively Bds En 1338:2005 – Concrete Blocks For Paving. Requirements And Test Methods Or Equivalent/S. 1.3. Each Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Operational Performance And An Expedition Note 2. Additional Requirements For The Participants: 2.1 The Delivery Time For The Concrete Products Must Be Within 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours After Submitting A Request With The Required Quantity. 2.2 The Participant Must Have A Warehouse Facility, Own Or Rented, For The Entire Period Of The Supply Contract. The Warehouse Must Have The Necessary Storage Capacity For Concrete Products According To The Estimated Quantities. The Terms Of Performance: 3.1 The Place Of Delivery Is The Territory Of The Municipality Of Rakovski. 3.2 The Contracting Authority Sends A Written Request To The Contractor With A Reference
