Mobile Telephones – Dynamic Purchasing System – Purchase Of Mobile Electronics And Their Accessories. The Aim Of This Public Contract Is To Introduce A Dynamic Purchasing System For The Purchase Of Mobile Electronics (Especially Mobile Phones And Tablets) And Their Accessories (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) For The Administration Of Prague Castle (Hereinafter Referred To As Sph) And The Office Of The President Of The Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Kpr) Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of § 138 Et Seq. And In Connection With The Provisions Of § 58 (Stricter Proceedings) Of The Zzvz. Sph Plans To Award Partial Public Contracts In The Established Dns According To Its Current Needs. As Part Of Subcontracts, The Subject Of Performance Will Be The Purchase Of New Mobile Phones And/Or Tablets, Or Accessories (Protective Glass, Packaging, Charging Adapters, Headphones, Etc.) According To The Specification In The Relevant Subcontract And Their Transport To The Clients Headquarters. Dns Will Be Implemented Only In One Category In The Sense Of § 138 Paragraph 1 Zzvz. Suppliers Can Apply For Partial Public Contracts At Will, I.E. The Listed Supplier Can Only Apply For Sub-Contracts In Which He Is Interested, And May Not Be Able To Deliver Some Services Within The Framework Of Various Sub-Mini-Tenders. On The Basis Of Each Partial Contract, A Separate Partial Purchase Contract Will Be Concluded, The Sample Of Which Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation. Mobile Electronics And Accessories Supplied As Part Of Partial Public Procurement Must Always Be New, Unused, In Original, Unopened Packaging, With All Accessories That Are Standardly Supplied With Them And Must Be Suitable For Use In The Czech Republic. All Equipment And All Accessories Must Also Be From Official Distribution For The Czech Republic And Must Be Fully Localized. In The Case Of Mobile Phones And Tablets, These Must Be Intended For Mobile Networks In The Territory Of The Czech Republic. All Goods Must Be Of First Quality. The Delivery Of All Documents (Warranty Sheets, Product Sheets, Instructions For Use, Etc.) In The Czech Language Will Always Be Part Of The Partial Performance, If They Are Issued For The Required Performance. The Contracting Authority Plans To Introduce A Dynamic Purchasing System For A Period Of At Least 48 Months.
