The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The City Of Chełm. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Waste Collection Sites Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Chełm, 2) Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected In Chełm By Transferring It Directly To The Installation. The List Of Installations To Which The Contractor Will Transfer Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Properties Located In The City Of Chełm Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Contract, 3) Running The Municipal Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste At Ul. Bieławin In Chełm Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Built As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Infrastructure And Environment Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis Ii - Environmental Protection, Including Adaptation To Climate Change, Measure 2.2 Municipal Waste Management, After Concluding A Real Estate Lease Agreement With The Ordering Party And Obtaining A Collection Permit Waste, 4) Maintaining The Accompanying Infrastructure Built As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Infrastructure And Environment Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis Ii - Environmental Protection, Including Adaptation To Climate Change, Measure 2.2 Municipal Waste Management: A) Underground Sockets, B) Semi-Underground Sockets, C) E-Waste Points, D) Mobile Recycling Stations, E) Municipal Drinking Water Stations, F) Street Containers For Separated Waste, G) Containers For Animal Excrement, H) Educational Containers For Separated Waste In Educational Facilities. 5) Equipping Real Estate In Single-Family Buildings With Containers Or Bags Intended For Waste Collection: Glass, Metals And Plastics, Paper, 6) Equipping Real Estate In Multi-Family Buildings With A Set Of Containers Intended For Waste Collection: Glass, Metals And Plastics, Paper, And Maintaining Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Tidy And Technical Condition, 7) Equipping Pharmacies With Containers For Collecting Expired Medicines, 8) Equipping Educational Institutions And Public Buildings With Containers For The Collection Of Used Batteries, 9) Equipping The Indicated Housing Estates With Containers For Used Clothing And Textiles, 10) Maintaining Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, 11) Conducting Information And Educational Activities Among Residents And Property Owners Regarding The Proper Handling Of Municipal Waste, 12) Providing Residents With Additional Services Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste, For A Fee, 13) Conducting Seasonal Collections Of The So-Called Mobile, In Particular: Large-Sized Items, Textiles, Ash, Etc.
