Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Blb Nrw Cologne / New Development Viktoriabad/Vika University Of Bonn, Building Physics. As Part Of The Renovation And Restructuring Of The Main Building Of The Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, The Future Space Requirements For The Various University Uses In The Main Building And In The New Viktoriakarree Building Will Be Reorganized. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Building Physics Planning Services For The Viktoriakarree (Vika) Sub-Project. The Area Is Located In Downtown Bonn, Directly Opposite The East Wing Of The Universitys Main Building, And Is Therefore Very Prominently Located. A New Library Building, Accommodation For The Cultural Forum And Additional Ancillary Functions Such As A Bicycle Garage And A Catering Unit Are Planned For The Viktoriakarree. It Is Planned To Dismantle The Viktoriabad And The City Museum And To Rebuild A University Library On The Existing Basement Floors While Preserving The Listed Facade Towards Belderberg. A Competition Process Is Currently Underway In Which A Fundamental New Development Of The Victoria Square Is Being Developed. For The Viktoriakarree Planning Project, A Spatial Program Was Drawn Up For The Architectural Competition With A Target Value Of Approx. 12,500 M2 Gross Floor Area. The Listed Façade Of The Former Viktroi Baths Is One Of The Challenges In This Project In Terms Of Building Physics. Both Thermal Requirements And Sound Insulation Requirements Must Be Taken Into Account And Enable Use As A Library, Depending On The Future Architects Design. Another Building Physics Challenge Is The Further Use Of The Basement For Different Types Of Use, Depending On The Future Architects Design.
