The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1 - Basic Scope: Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, As Well As Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Notification Of Works, Regarding The Construction Of Heat Sources On The Premises Of The Nakło Nad Notecią Heat Plant Belonging To Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O. In Bydgoszcz. The Data Regarding The Main Parameters Of Heat Sources That Are Planned For Implementation In The Basic Scope Are Presented Below: Location: Heating Plant - Nakło Nad Notecią Heat Pump Power [Mwt]: 4.3 (In A Two-Pump System). The Design Documentation Being Developed For The Basic Scope Should Include The Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Cascade System Of Heat Pumps And A Photovoltaic Installation With The Powers Indicated In Table No. 1. The Electricity Produced By The Planned Photovoltaic Installation Will Be Used Exclusively To Power The Heat Pump System. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Sell The Produced Electricity. The Ordering Party Requires: • Cooperation With Existing Gas Engines Operating In The Cogeneration System For The Production Of Heat And Electricity. • Design Of The Boiler And Circulating Water Treatment And Degassing Installation In Accordance With Pn-En12952-12:2003. • Applications In Air-Water Heat Pumps Of A Refrigerant With High Thermodynamic Efficiency, Allowing To Obtain The Highest Possible Scop Energy Efficiency Coefficient. • The Refrigerant Used Should Be Easily Available Continuously Throughout The Entire Operating Period And Should Be Characterized By Low Operating Costs. • Operation Of Heat Pumps In A Cascade System Using Inverter Compressors. • Compliance With Acoustic And Vibration Protection Requirements. • Ensuring The Supply Temperature Of The Heating Network In Accordance With The Temperature Tables Attached In The Technical Conditions. • In The Process Of Preparing Documentation For The Basic Scope, A Bivalent Operating Mode Of Heat Pumps Is Allowed, Using Existing Generating Units And The In-Plant Installation. The Subject Of The Order For The Basic Scope Includes The Preparation (In Accordance With The Information Contained In Table No. 1) Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, As Well As Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Works Notification. 1.2 - Optional Scope Covered By Option Law: The Ordering Party Under This Order In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Application Of The Option Right On The Terms Set Out In The Terms Of Reference And The Agreement In The Following Scope: Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, As Well As Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Notification Of Works Regarding The Construction Of Heat Sources
