Computer-Related Equipment – Window Audiovisual Redevelopment Project. The Window – La Défense Site, Rte Headquarters, Is Beginning A Global Reconfiguration Of Its Spaces To Allow An Increase In The Sites Reception Capacity, And Increase The Number Of Collaborative Spaces. In This Context, The Project Begins In October 2026 And Will Be Finalized At The End Of The First Half Of 2028. The Developments Are Carried Out In 7 Waves, Floor By Floor, With, In Each Wave, A Phase Of Dismantling Certain Existing Rooms, Followed 2 To 3 Months Later, By The Fitting Out Of New Rooms And The Reassembly Of Certain Removed Equipment. Each Wave Has On Average ~25 Rooms Or Bubbles To Dismantle And ~35 Rooms Or Bubbles To Arrange And/Or Reassemble. The Service Covers All Necessary Operations: • Controlled Dismantling Of Existing Equipment (Audiovisual, Cabling, Supports, Accessories) With Sorting, Traceability, Placed In Stock With A Reinforced Level Of Protection In The Building For Reuse Or Recycling. Duration Of Dismantling: 4 Days Per Floor. • Supply Of Equipment: Screens, Supports And Stands, Videoconferencing Bars, Codec Support, Cameras And Microphones, Docking Stations, Mtr/Uc, Cabling, Etc. The New Equipment Supplied For Each Wave Must Be Stored With The Holder Until The First Day Of The Installation Phase. • Installation Of New Room Types: Screens, Mtr/Uc, Sound System, Microphone, Cabling, Signage And Network/Electricity Connections For New Equipment Or Reuse Of Existing Equipment. Installation Duration: 5 Days Per Floor. • Complete Commissioning: Configuration, Functional Tests, Acceptance By Room, “As-Built” Documentation, Identification, And Support For Key Users. • Interventions Will Be Organized In Waves, In Coordination With The Constraints Of Access, Co-Activity And Logistics Of The Site. The Spaces Concerned Range From 4-Seat Huddles To Large Rooms With 20 Seats.
