The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Carrying Out Organizational And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of Events Of The Małopolska Observatory Of Regional Development. The Ordering Party Plans To Organize A Minimum Of 1 And A Maximum Of 2 Events (Basic Order) And A Minimum Of 1 And A Maximum Of 2 Events (Option Order). The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of One-Day Events Lasting From 2 To 8 Hours. The Contractor Will Provide The Following Services As Part Of The Organization Of Events, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs: Preparation And Delivery Of Conference Materials, Online Advertising - Advertising Campaign In Google Ads (Display Ads), Poster Printing And Postering, Making A Spot Promoting The Event And Ensuring Broadcast On The Radio, Adapting The Conference Room For The Event (Provided By The Ordering Party), Providing Transport, Recording The Event Along With The Production Of Extended Subtitles, Preparation And Editing Of A Film Coverage Of The Event
