Construction Work – Eu Tender Regarding The Housing Office, Aarhus Dept. 84, Nørre Boulevard 5. Boligkontoret Aarhus (Hereafter Builder) Hereby Offers A Turnkey Tender For The Design And Execution Of Approx. 66 Public Housing With Shared Facilities. The Homes Are To Be Built On A Centrally Located Construction Site At The Address Nørre Boulevard 5, 8000 Aarhus C. The Project Includes The Construction Of Approx. 6,000 M2 Public Housing With Shared Facilities In Turnkey Contract, Built As Multi-Storey Residential Buildings In Varying Building Heights Up To 5 Storeys With Associated Bicycle Parking And Depots In The Basement. Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That A Building Permit Dated 11 September 2025 Already Exists For The Project, And That The General Contractor Must Start Work On The Construction Site Before 11 September 2026, So That The Building Permit Does Not Expire. The Building Permit Application Has Been Prepared By The Builders Initial Advisers Aart Arkitekter With Sub-Adviser Ingeniørfirmaet Viggo Madsen. These Have Had The Task Of Designing The Building And Applying For And Obtaining Planning Permission In Accordance With The Applicable Local Plan, Including Obtaining The Necessary Dispensations. There Is Thus An Authority Project (Hereafter Builders Authority Project). No Authority Material Has Been Prepared In Accordance With Ybl18, But Only The Architects Project And Start Declarations Incl. Associated Annex, Which Has Ensured That A Building Permit Could Be Granted. The Developers Authority Project, Prepared By Initial Consultants, Is Fully Accessible In Relation To Being Attached As An Appendix To The Tender Documents. The Participating Companies Are Free With Regard To The Choice Of Materials And The Disposition Of The Homes Mentioned In The Tender Materials, Provided That The Requirements In The Building Permit, The Building Program And The Other Tender Materials Are Met. The Project Concerns Public Housing And Is Implemented With Public Support. The Assignment Is Subject To The Legislation Applicable To Such Cases, With Associated Announcements, Circulars And Instructions, Etc. The Total Contract Includes Further Processing Of Outline Proposals, Preparation Of Project Proposals, Authority Project As Well As Tender Project And Execution Project, As Well As Execution/Construction Of The Offered. The General Contractor Is Responsible For Design Management, Construction Management, Professional Supervision, Follow-Up, Ict Management And Working Environment Coordination (P+B), As Well As Sustainability Management And Certified Advisors On Fire And Statics.
