The Task Will Include:• Demolition Of Two Farm Buildings,• Development Of Green Areas After The Demolition Works,• Disposal Of Materials Resulting From The Demolitions;• Construction Of A Free-Standing, Single-Story Garage And Warehouse Building With A Shelter Of A Mixed Structure, I.E. Supporting Structure Of Steel Columns, Wooden Truss Structure, Walls In Full And Openwork Formwork,• Execution Of External And Internal Electrical Installations,• Execution Of Works Sheet Metal Work, • Construction Of A Driveway Made Of Paving Stones, • Construction Of Hardened, Demountable Pedestrian And Communication Routes, I.E. Concrete Edges Filled With Aggregate Of Crushed Fractions 0-31.5 Mm, Mechanically Stabilized, • Planting And Sowing Of The Areas Adjacent To The Building With Vegetation. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Which Includes The Project Architectural And Construction, Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior) And Bill Of Quantities.
