1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of District Road No. 1339L In Kopina From Km 5+980 To Km 6+880. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Road Surface On A Section Of 900 M, In The Scope Of: - Measurement Works; - Mechanical Cleaning Of The Surface; - Execution Of Interlayer Connections; - Mechanical Leveling Of The Existing Base With A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With An Average Density Of 75 Kg/M2 Ac 16W 50/70 Kr1÷2; - Execution Of A Wearing Course Of The Ac 11S 50/70 Mixture, Kr1÷2 With A Thickness Of 4 Cm After Compaction; - Construction Of The Roadside From Aggregate Along With Completing The Road Body Under The Roadside; - Renovation Of Horizontal And Edge Markings P-7C.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In:• Design Documentation Along With The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To Swz• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To Swz4. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should In Such A Case Be Treated As Minimum.4.1 A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.4.2 If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 4.3 Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow To Describe The Subject Of The Order In This Part In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner. 4.4 Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Pzp, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty For Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Completion Of The Task
