Task No. 1 - Modernization Of The Playground In Kindergarten No. 21 At Ul. Zelwerowicza 21 The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes, Among Others: • Dismantling The Worn-Out Play Set And The Concrete Table Sandbox, • Excavation For A New Sand Field, • Setting Rubber Edges, • Construction Of Sand Fields, • Installation Of New Small Architecture Objects - Recreational And Accompanying Devices, • Excavation For Mini-Pitch, • Installation Of Concrete Edges, • Construction Of The Base And Polyurethane Surface, • Restoration Of The Damaged Lawn Surface. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Described In The Design Documentation Prepared By Brzeski Przedsiębiorstwo Zieleni. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of All Persons Performing Construction Works Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager By A Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Processes Are Indicated In The Documentation, Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described. If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
