The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Design Services In The Development Of 15 Independent And Complete Design And Cost Documentation For 15 Rain Gardens With The Associated Infrastructure For The Task Titled: School In A Good Climate - A Model Adaptation Solution To Climate Change On The Example Of School Gardens In Krakow - Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-0062/24, For The Management Board City Greenery In Krakow. 1.1 The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Funds Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Under Measure Fenx.02.04. For The Implementation Of The Project School In A Good Climate - A Model Adaptation Solution To Climate Change On The Example Of School Gardens In Krakow. 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.3 As Part Of The Order, 15 Independent And Complete Design And Cost-Estimate Documentation Must Be Prepared, Including: Rain Gardens, Rainwater Tanks Or Rainwater Tanks Enclosed With A Wooden Shelter Or Rainwater Tanks Enclosed With A Wooden Shelter. A Shelter With A Green Roof, Raised Flowerbeds, Composters Including Ecozone Areas, Flower Meadows, Plantings Of Fruit Trees And Shrubs, Elements Supporting Biodiversity Including Insect Hotels, Nesting Boxes, Birdbaths And Educational And Information Boards About The Project.
