1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Conference For The Silesian Entrepreneurship Center In Chorzów, Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Instructions For The Contractor Can Be Found On The E-Procurement Platform At: Https://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl/Pl/Komponent-Edukacyjny/. 5. Expense Partially Financed From Fe Sl 2021-2027 Funds Under The Technical Assistance Measure.6. The Contractors Responsibility Will Be To Ensure That The Conference Is Accessible To People With Various Types Of Disabilities. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will, In Particular, Ensure Accessibility For People With The Following Types Of Disabilities: A) Visual (E.G. Assistant, Guide Of A Blind Person); B) Auditory (E.G. Sign Language Interpreter Or Induction Loops Or Fm System);C) Motor (E.G. Assistant Available To A Person With A Disability).7. Films Prepared In Variants: A) Containing Extended Subtitles; B) Audio Description. 8. All Promotional Materials Must Meet The Wcag Requirement In The Current Version At A Minimum Level Of Aa.9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Conference Be Organized In A Way That Enables The Participation Of People With Disabilities: • All Rooms Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And Have Appropriate Infrastructure, Including At Least 1 Toilet For People With Disabilities. The Arrangement Of Dishes In The Catering Served Should Ensure Easy Access To Portions, Also For People With Disabilities.
