1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For Examination Stations For The Elm.01 Qualification Installation, Commissioning And Operation Of Industrial Automation Systems.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Equipment Offered.3. Additional Information: - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Constitutes A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act - Description Of The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz (I.E. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers), Because Specifying In It The Provision That Will Be Provided If The Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous, Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. However, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With The Minimum Requirements Ordering Party - On A Meets/Does Not Meet Basis, But Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Offered Equipment In Order To Clearly Identify It And/Or Specify The Technical Parameters Or Features Of The Offered Devices. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure And Constitutes The Content Of The Offer.
