Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Planting And Ongoing Maintenance Of Annual Flowers (Spring, Summer And Autumn) In Pots, Flower Beds And Seasonal Discounts In The City Of Augustów.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Organizing And Preparing (Including Thorough Washing) Flower Pots, Flower Beds Or Areas For Planting Seasonal Plants: Cleaning And Loosening The Soil, Supplementing The Top 20 Cm Layer With Fertile Soil, Feeding With Fertilizers, Using A Water Absorbent, Cleaning Works And Managing The Generated Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 2) Delivery And Unloading Of Plants, Transport Of Individual Batches To The Destination, On The Contractors Part Also Includes Agreeing On A Delivery Schedule And Possibly Storing Plants And/Or Materials During The Work. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Storage Space;3) Transporting And Placing Flower Towers From The Wintering Place To The Exhibition Place In Spring (Before The First Planting) And From The Exhibition Place To The Wintering Place In Autumn;4) Stocking Pots, Flower Beds And Flower Towers In Accordance With The Agreed Concept;5) Preparing, Transporting And Assembling Pots For Lanterns;6) Keeping The External Surface Of The Pots And Their Immediate Vicinity (Within A Radius Of 1 M) Clean, Accumulation Of The Layer Is Not Allowed; Soil Or Garbage Under The Pots;7) Keeping The Pots In The Correct Position, Leveling The Array Of Pots Moved By Other People;8) Maintaining The Plantings, Including: - Watering In An Amount And Frequency Adapted To Current Needs And Weather Conditions. In The Flowerbeds Where An Automatic Irrigation Installation Is Installed (5 Flowerbeds In The Central Park And At Rondo Solidarności), The Operation Of The Irrigation System, Inspection Of The Technical Condition Before The Season, And Replacement Of Batteries When Worn Out Are Required. If There Is No Irrigation System, The Service Also Includes Water Supply And Delivery. Watering Must Be Carried Out Efficiently, Taking Into Account The Maintenance Of Traffic Flow. Watering Is Carried Out Using A Set Of Barrels With A Capacity Of Min. 500 L And Water Pumps In The Early Morning Or Evening Hours. Watering The Plants Is Considered Effective If The Given Amount Of Water Irrigates A Minimum Of 20 Cm Of Soil. During Watering, It Is Unacceptable To Wash Out The Soil From Under The Plants And Soak The Above-Ground Parts Of The Plants. - Feed The Plants With Multi-Component Fertilizer Npk 10-30-20 To Stimulate Flowering And Others, Depending On The Current Needs Resulting From Visible Visible Deficits, - If Necessary, Spraying With Protective Agents: Fungicides, Insecticides Or Others, - Pruning And Shaping Of Plants In Order To Achieve A High, Proper, Compact Structure And Effective Flowering, Ongoing Weeding And Management Of The Resulting Waste; 9) Removal Of Plantings Along With Leveling The Area And The Surface Of Flower Pots, Dismantling Flower Pots From Lampposts, Within The Ti
