O., Consisting In Securing The Winter Stadium In Sosnowiec, Where The Section Will Play Host Matches, As Well As Ensuring The Safety Of People On The Premises During Mass Events In Accordance With The Act Of March 20, 2009. On The Safety Of Mass Events (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 616).,2. Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Include In Particular: - Protection Of Persons And Property - Physical Security Of Order And Safety During Ice Hockey Matches At The Winter Stadium In Sosnowiec At Plac Zagłębia 2, Where The Ice Hockey Section Will Play Host Matches.3. Above The Services Will Be Performed By Persons Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers Referred To In Art. 26 Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) - Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of August 30, 2011 On The Requirements To Be Met By The Security Manager, Security Services And Information Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1739); - Act Of June 13 2013 On Amending Acts Regulating The Performance Of Certain Professions (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 829).4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property Within The Fenced Facility Of The Ordering Party, Within A Specified Hourly Time Based On The Meeting Schedule, In Particular Ensuring Safety And Public Order, Consisting In: A) Protection Of Event Participants, Including Fans, Athletes, Coaching Staff, Judges, Etc., Through Decisive Intervention In Cases Of Violation By Persons In The Protected Area Of Applicable Rules, Regulations Of The Facility And Regulations Of Mass Events, Regulations On Restoring Disturbed Order, B) Cooperation With Others Services (Police, City Guard, Fire Brigade, Medical Services), C) Preventing People Without A Valid Ticket, Having A Stadium Ban, Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs From Entering The Protected Area, D) Protecting All Buildings And Other Facilities Located In The Protected Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, E) Performing The Duties Of The Security Manager, Including Preparing Full Documentation In Order To Obtain A Decision To Organize Mass Events For The Next Season. Additionally, The Contractor Will Provide Each Match Of Light Barriers In The Amount Of 50 Meters, Including Securing Their Delivery, Assembly In Places Designated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Dismantling And Possible Storage In Places Designated By The Ordering Party.5. Obligatory Duties: A) Ice Hockey - The Agencys Duty Is To Ensure The Safety Of Teams, Referees, The Pzhl Delegate, Representatives Of Sports Authorities And Spectators, And To Ensure Order Before, During And Immediately After
