Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Aggregate Mixture Bound With C8/10 Cement For The Basic Foundation Layer in Poland

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Aggregate Mixture Bound With C8/10 Cement For The Basic Foundation Layer.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Expected Size Of The Order: 1,600 M3, 2) Volume Of A Single Delivery (Transport) From 7 To 20 M3 - Daily Deliveries Up To 110 M3 Are Possible, 3) Delivery - Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 4) Unloading - Directly To The Machine Indicated By The Ordering Party Using The Contractors Transport. Duration Of One Unloading Up To 45 Minutes.5) Transport Of The Mixture - Must Be Carried Out Using Self-Unloading Vehicles And/Or With A Trailer With A Raised Run-On Beam.3. The Applicable Delivery Date During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form. The Contractor Will Specify The Delivery Deadline As 1 Or 2 Business Days, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iii, Section. 3 Points 2 Swz. For Failure To Comply With The Delivery Deadline By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantities Are Estimates, They Illustrate The Possible Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing Offers.5. The Contractor Must Have For The Offered Mixture And Submit With The Offer: 1) A Recipe In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Technical Guidelines (Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz) On The Basis Of Which The Mixture Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Produced, 2) A Current Certificate Of Factory Production Control Confirmed By A Notified Body For The Concrete Plant From Which The Contractor Will Supply Concrete, 3) A Current Declaration Of Performance. 6. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Supply Of The Mixture For The Purposes Of Carrying Out Works In The Leszno District.7. The Mixture Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Guidelines Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Symbol Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Technical Guidelines Wt Mzc).8. The Remaining Requirements Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
