The Province Of North Holland Is Preparing The Realization Of A Nature Connection Over The Hilversumseweg (N525) In The Gooi. This Project Is Known As Nature Connection N525 / Nature Bridge Westerheide And Is The Last Link In A Network Of 6 Nature Connections In The Gooi. The Nature Connection Will Be Over The N525 Between Laren And Hilversum, Between The Schaapskooi (Former Horse Boarding Stable) And The Site Of The Vitens Drinking Water Pumping Station. Within This Project, The Province Is Exploring The Possibility Of Using Wood As A Structural Material In The Realization Of The Ecoduct (Nature Bridge). This Fits In With The Broader Ambition To Build More Sustainably Where Possible, While At The Same Time Requiring A Robust, Safe And Easily Manageable Solution. 1
