The Object Of The Procurement Is The Industrial Fodder, Feed Grains And Minerals For Cattle And Sheep To Be Procured For The Teaching Farm Of The Kemi-Tornionlaakso Educational Municipality Of Lappia Rural Entrepreneurship Expertise Center In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts As Follows:1. Industrial Fodder And Feed Grain For Cattle And Sheep €/1000 Kg (Vat 0%)2. Minerals €/1000 Kg (Vat 0%) Conditional Or Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Bidder Can Bid For One Or Both Parts. The Contract Period Is One (1) Year And It Starts From The Signing Of The Contract. In Addition, The Subscriber Reserves A One (1) Year Option Period That Begins With A Separate Announcement After The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Use Of The Option Will Be Announced Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Option Is About The Customers Right, Not An Obligation. The Customer Chooses One To Two (1-2) Suppliers/Areas With Which The Procurement Unit Enters Into An Agreement To Implement This Procurement Package. The Selected Supplier(S) Must Take Care Of The Freight And The Delivery Of The Purchased Products To The Indoor Warehouses Top Kätkävaarantie 69, 95340 Loue. The Same Supplier Can Be Selected For Both Parts Of The Procurement. The Quantities Presented In The Tender Request Are Calculated And The Reference Price Is Asked For €/1000 Kg. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Order Quantities, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. Industrial Fodder For Cattle And Sheep, Feed Grains And Minerals Are Procured As Needed. The Procurement Unit Selects 1-2 Suppliers Based On The Total Price Offered In Part 1 €/1000 Kg (Vat 0%). The Weight Of The Price Is 100 Points, But The Mandatory Criteria Must Be Met. For Part 2, 1-2 Suppliers Will Be Selected Based On The Price-Quality Ratio (Weight Of Price 60 Points, Quality 40 Points). If The Procurement Unit Selects Two (2) Suppliers For Both Parts 1-2, The Order Of Priority Decided By The Evaluation Working Group Will Be Followed For The Suppliers. The Order Of Priority Is Determined Seasonally Based On The Indoor Feeding And Grazing Season Feeding Plans, As Well As The Animals Need For Trace Elements And Minerals. An Additional Basis For Different Seasonal Feeding And Mineral Requirements Is The Well-Being Of The Animals. The Order Of Priority Will Be Announced To The Suppliers By Feeding Season, If Two Suppliers/Area Are Selected. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Also Acquire Other Product Groups/Products Needed At The Teaching Farm Of The Lappian Maaseutuyrittäjyden Competence Center From The Supplier/Suppliers Selected.
