The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Measuring And Analytical Equipment For The Needs Of The Technical University - Sofia, Under Project Bg-Rrp-2.004-0005 Improving The Research Capacity And Quality For International Recognition And Sustainability Of Tu-Sofia, Financed Through The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability, Bg-Rrp-2.004 - Creation Of A Network Of Research Higher Schools In Bulgaria, According To Technical Specifications, Under Separate Items: Heading 1: High Performance Liquid Chromatography (Hplc) System; Item 2: System (Probe Station) For Electrical Characterization Of Layers The Equipment Supplied Must Be New And Unused. The Delivered Equipment Must Have The Parameters Laid Down In The Specification. If It Turns Out That The Parameters Of The Delivered Equipment Do Not Correspond To Those Laid Down In The Specification, They Must Be Adjusted At The Contractors Expense. In Case Of Suspension Of The Production Of The Proposed During The Execution Of The Contract Due To The Implementation Of New Technologies, Equipment With The Same Or Better Characteristics Must Be Supplied.
