The Subject Of The Order Is*: 1.1 The Contractors Provision To The Ordering Party Of The Renewal Of The Software License Subscription In The Scope Of The Manufacturers Provision Of A 12-Month Software Subscription & Support Service** For The Software Owned By The Ordering Party, I.E. From July 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, With Continuity For Previous Periods Of Providing The Software Subscription & Support Service, Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Renewal Of The Software License Subscription In The Scope Of The Manufacturers Provision Of The Software Subscription & Support Service; 1.2 Provision Of Consulting Services By The Contractor, On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz), In A Minimum Number Of 180 Clock Hours And In A Maximum Number Of Up To 800 Clock Hours In The Period Referred To In Point. 1.1 Above. 2. If, Due To The Prolonged Public Procurement Procedure, It Is Not Possible To Conclude The Agreement Before July 1, 2026, The Agreement Will Be Concluded At A Later Date That Can Be Concluded, With The Period Of Providing The Software Subscription & Support Service Until 30/06/2027
