Non-Destructive Testing Services - Eddy Current Testing Of Capacitors. 1. Inspection Task Units 1-4 Operated By Mvm Paksi Atomerömű Zrt. (Customer) Eddy Current Testing Of The Heat Transfer Tubes Of The Turbine Condensers Of The Blocks During The Major Repairs Of The Blocks In The Period Between 2026-2028, On 3-3 Blocks Per Year. Planned Schedule And Execution In Time: 2026 Year 1St Block May 2026 4Th Block 2026 September 2Nd Block 2026 November 2027 Year 3Rd Block 2027 February 1St Block 2027 August 4Th Block 2027 November 2028 Year 2Nd Block 2028 February 3Rd Block 2028 May 1St Block November 2, 2028 Scope Of The Test Each Block Has 2 Capacitors, And One Capacitor Consists Of 4 Modules, So There Are 8 Capacitor Modules Per Block (Modules A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H). This Means The Examination Of A Total Of 18 Capacitors For The 3 Years. The Test Quantity Is 10% Of The Heat Transfer Tubes Along The Entire Length Of The Tubes. There Are 10,970 Tubes In One Module, So The Amount Per Test Is Max. During 6 Working Days (Per Block), It Means The Inspection Of Approximately 8,776 Pipes (Minimum Technical Requirement), I.E. A Total Of 78,984 Pipes During The Contract Period. During A Given Test, In Addition To The Designated Test Area, A Repeat Test Must Be Performed On All Heat Transfer Pipes On Which An Indication Reaching The Registration Limit Was Detected During The Tests Of Previous Years. The Heat Transfer Pipes Are Longitudinally Seamed, Austenitic Steel Pipes, Their Technical Parameters Are As Follows: Outer Diameter: Ø22 Mm Wall Thickness: 0.7 / 0.6 Mm Length: 9450 Mm Material Quality: A 249 Tp 316 L The Coordinates Of The Pipes To Be Tested Are Always Agreed By The Customer With The Contractor (Contractor) Who Won The Public Procurement Procedure Before The Test. Delivered By The Deadline. Before The First Test Of The Given Capacitor, The Customer Will Also Hand Over The Database Containing The Registered Indications Of The Previous Years To The Contractor. The Time Available For The Examination Per Block Is A Maximum Of 6 Working Days (6X12 Hours).* *Evaluation Criteria. Examinations Can Be Carried Out During Daytime Working Hours, Between 6:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M. 3. Requirements For The Test And The Test Equipment The Test Must Be Capable Of Detecting Material Discontinuity Caused By Corrosion, Punctate Or Cracked, And The Reduction Of Wall Thickness Due To The Erosion Of Condensing Steam. By The Mandatory Registration Limit, We Mean An Indication With A Depth Reaching 25% Of The Wall Thickness Of The Given Pipe (Rh). The Margin Of Error (Clogging Criterion) Is An Indication With A Depth Exceeding 50% Of The Wall Thickness. The Eddy Current Test Must Be Performed With A Multi-Frequency Data Collection Device, Using At Least Two Frequencies Simultaneously, In Absolute And Differential Mode At Each Frequency, With An Internal Pipe Inspection Probe. As An Additional Test, The Contractor May Also Use An Eddy Current Test Performed With A Rotary Or Block Probe. It Must Be Suitable For Both The Inner Surface And The Outer Surface Of The Pipes (Initial), Or The Entire Cross-Section
