Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for External Auditor for Abia State Integrated Infrastructure Development Project(Absiidp) Interested consultants must provide the following information, indicating that they are qualified to perform the services 1. The audit firm should be registered and have a license from a national or regional professional accountancy body. 2. The firm should have relevant experience in accounting and auditing of projects funded by international financial institutions or/land multilateral development banks. 3. The key audit team shall comprise at a minimum: 4. An Audit Manager with at least 20 years of experience in auditing and has sound knowledge of IFI/MDBs financing procedures. He/she should be a member of a recognised accountancy professional body: 5. A Team Leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in auditing. He/she should be a member of a recognised accountancy professional body, and 6. An Assistant Auditor with adequate experience and professional qualifications 7. Technical auditor with civil Engineering degree from a reputable University and a related professional certification, Certification as a CIA, CPA, or CISA and Full-time experience in construction projects with exposure to quality control and ISO audits for a minimum of 10 years. 8.
