Project Background: The objective of the project titled: Enhancing Resilience and Well-Being of Vulnerable Households in Southern Palestinian Camps: Integrated Support for BA, Education, WASH, and GBV code: CBPF-LEB-24-R-NGO-34686 aims to to enhance the well-being, resilience, and recovery of vulnerable households in the southern Palestinian camps, including returnees, IDPs, Palestinians, Lebanese, and migrants, through integrated assistance. This includes providing (NFIs) to improve living conditions, access to education for children and adults, WASH services to ensure clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, and protection services to prevent gender-based violence, child protection issues, and exploitation. How to apply Bid Requirements: Suppliers must submit an offer that includes the following: Legal documentation, including a Commercial Registry and, if applicable, a VAT Registration Certificate. A financial proposal detailing unit prices in USD, applicable taxes, and the total price. The proposal must also state the offer validity period and terms of payment. In addition, the financial offer must include detailed specifications of all items. A technical proposal outlining compliance with the required technical specifications with pictures. Additional Notes: All bank charges (local and international) shall be borne by the supplier. NABAA will not cover any customs duties or facilitation fees. Packaging and delivery to NABAA must be completed within 715 days from the date of the purchase order. The supplier must have a valid bank account; payments will be made exclusively via bank transfer. Submission Guidelines Bids must be submitted in person only (no email submissions will be accepted). Submission should be in one main sealed and the main envelope should contain only the reference number of the TD without mentioning any other information like the bidders name or any other marks that can be identified with the bidder.
