The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) is inviting bids from local bidders through the Government e-Procurement system for the Procurement of Services for Application Layer upgrades and ongoing support required for the FSC One platform 2. The bidding document bearing reference number FSC/IFB/2025/1155, can be downloaded from the Government e-procurement System on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. 3. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Financial Services Commission on Thursday, 12 February 2026at 10:30hrs. 4. Bidders are required to confirm their presence through email on procurement@fscmauritius.org by Wednesday, 11 February 2026 by 16:00hrs. Kindly note that the pre-bid meeting is mandatory and failure to attend same will entail elimination even though you have submitted your bid. 5. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process, as well as reject all bids at any time, prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
