1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Addition Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Żychlewo 52B. The Works Are To Consist In: A) Dismantling The Roof Structure, Dismantling Parts Of The Buildings Walls, Which Are Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Elements And Brick Elements With Insulation, B) Dismantling The Floor, Internal Installations, C) Building New Structural And Partition Walls, Making Reinforcing Reinforced Concrete Pins, D) Installing Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation, E) Installing Internal Central Heating Installations. And Water - Sewage, Gas, Air Conditioning And Mechanical Ventilation, F) Construction Of A New Roof Structure In The Form Of A Steel Truss Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Installed On The Roof. The Layout Of The Roof Slope Will Be Changed To A Single-Slope Roof, And The Walls Of The Building Will Be Raised Due To The Need To Obtain The Usable Height Required By Regulations. 2. Material Scope: A) Construction Works - Preparation Of The Construction Site - Demolition Works - Security Works - Foundations, Foundation Walls - Walls And Partitions - Roof - Facade - Window And Door Joinery - Substrates And Floors - Internal Plasters, Wall Finishing - Ceilings - Internal Equipment - External Hardening - Driveway For Disabled People + Entrances - Green Area - Building Documentation For The Occupancy Permit B) Electrical Works - Power Connection - Power Supply For Firefighting Devices - Grounding And Lightning Protection Installation - Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels - Installation Of Lighting Fixtures - Electrical Installation Equipment - Cable Route - Electrical Switchboards - Cabling - Disassembly And Assembly Works - Measurements C) Sanitary Works - Dismantling Works - Water Installations - Fire Protection Installation - Utility Water - Heating Installation - Boiler Room Technology And Heat Pump - Air Conditioning Installation - Mechanical Ventilation Installation - Gas Installation 3. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Described In The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs, And Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. In Addition To The Works Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Construction Design, In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, The Contractor, Within The Scope Of The Proposed Estimate Price, Will Be Obliged To Perform Other Accompanying Works, In Particular: 1. Appointment Of The Construction Manager And Work Managers For Individual Industries, Having The Necessary Construction Qualifications, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law (The Duties Of The Construction Manager Will Include Coordinating The Work Of All Industries And Preparing Cooperation With Supervision Inspectors Of Individual Industries And
