The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Playground By Equipping The Playground With 15 Playground Equipment At Kindergarten No. 6 At Ul. Szeroka 7, Plots No. 346/28 And 346/45, Nierodzim Precinct In The City Of Ustroń, Which Has The Status Of A Health Resort Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Playground At P-6. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Some Of The Existing Playground Equipment And Their Disposal (At The Contractors Expense), 2) Construction Of A Safe Surface In The Form Of Hypertrophic Mats Thick. 22 Mm With Biotextile With Grass Seeds With An Area Of Approx. 828 M2.3) Retrofitting The Playground With The Following Childrens Play Equipment: - Four-Person Rocker - 1 Pc. - Rocket Rocker - 1 Pc. - Slide - Slide - 1 Pc. - Train - 1 Pc. - Double Swing (Pampers + Storks Nest) - 1 Pc. - Oval Sandbox - 1 Pc. - Trampoline - 1 Pc. - Unicorn Rocker - 1 Pc. - Ufo Rocker - 1 Pc. - Play Set - 1 Pc. - Weight Swing - 1 Pc. - Monkey Grove Set - 1 Pc. - Revolving Pyramid - 1 Pc. - Square Sandbox - 1 Pc. - Double Swing 2X Saddle - 1 Pc. 4) Retrofitting The Playground With The Following Elements Of Small Architecture: - Park Bench With Backrest - 7 Pcs. - Waste Bin - 3 Pcs. The Location Of The Devices And The Distances From The Plot Boundaries Are Shown In The Land Development Project. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting An Offer, The Investor Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of Field Works In Detail. After Completion Of Construction Works, As-Built Documentation Must Be Prepared, Approved By The Investor Supervision Inspector And The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit All Notifications About The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works, Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Implemented. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In The Bill Of Quantities (Which Is Auxiliary In The Valuation Of The Offer).
