4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of District Road No. 2125C Paliwodzizna - Macikowo - Węgiersk On The Section From Km 2+530 To Km 9+500 - The Total Length Will Be 6.97 Km. The Scope Of The Developed Documentation Includes: Dismantling The Existing Signage With Posts, Strengthening The Structure, Hardening The Surface, Dismantling The Existing Surface, Construction Of Roadsides, Construction Of Exits, Construction Of 6 Platforms With Bus Shelters, Construction Of Sidewalks, Dismantling Of Existing Bus Shelters 3 Pcs., Installation Of 4 Hybrid Lamps, Cleaning Of Existing Culverts, Renovation Of Existing Culverts, Construction Of 7 Intersections With Municipal Roads, Construction Of Ditches, Construction Horizontal (Thick-Layer) And Vertical Markings, Removal Of Stumps From Felled Trees, Adjustment Of Existing Sewage Channels, Installation Of Elastic Barriers, Installation Of Road Barriers, Installation Of 2 Island Thresholds And Pavements, Construction Of 2 Illuminated Pedestrian Crossings. Trial Section: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete A Trial Section For The Task That Is The Subject Of This Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Included In The Documentation. The Trial Section Should Be Located In A Place Agreed By The Supervision Inspector, After The Ordering Party Accepts The Proposed Location. During The Trial Section, The Contractor Should Use The Technology, Materials And Equipment That He Intends To Use When Implementing The Task Resulting From The Prepared Design Documentation And The Signed Contract. The Trial Section Should Be Constructed Using The Full Technology Resulting From The Design Documentation Prepared For The Renovated Section Of The District Road (Including Base, Leveling Layer, Wearing Course, Roadsides). The Contractor May Start Carrying Out The Works After The Supervision Inspector Has Approved The Correctness Of The Execution Of The Trial Section In Terms Of The Construction And Compaction Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Planned Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Of Works, Due To The Fact That The Settlement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Based On A Lump Sum Price And Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.2. Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization: Before The Commencement Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare, Approve And Implement A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, And After The Works Are Completed, Approve And Implement A Design To Change The Permanent Traffic Organization, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law.4.3.
