The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization. The Project Includes The Construction Of: A Gas Installation From The Reduction Point At The Property Boundary To The Container Boiler Room At The Gable Wall Of The Macieja Rataj 66 Building, A Central Heating Container Boiler Room For Multi-Family Buildings At Ul. Macieja Rataj 66 And 66A In Wąbrzeźno, A Pre-Insulated Heat Pipeline From The Boiler Room To Both Buildings, Central Heating Installations In The Staircases And To The Apartments. The Central Heating Installation In Apartments Remains Unchanged. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Connecting Cables With A Cross-Section Of 3X2.5Mm2 From The Existing Housing Switchboard To The Place Of Installation Of The Heater. Cables Should Be Run In Grooves Under The Plaster. Install Single-Phase Flush-Mounted Sockets With A Protective Pin In The Indicated Places. Protect The Cables In The Residential Switchboard With Over-Current Circuit Breakers With B16 Characteristics. The Resulting Grooves Should Be Filled With Light Lime Plaster And Then The Wall Surface Should Be Recreated By Filling And Painting. Electric Hot Water Heaters With A Capacity Of 80 L Should Be Installed In The Indicated Places, And The Old Ones Should Be Dismantled First. Electrical Installation In The Building At Ul. Macieja Rataj 66A Does Not Require Modernization. The Old Ones Should Be Dismantled And 30 New Hot Water Heaters With A Capacity Of 80L Should Be Installed. Fill Any Holes Or Other Defects In The Walls And Restore The Wall Surface To Its Previous Condition By Filling And Painting. Attention! Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Will Equip Each Of The 22 Premises In The Macieja Rataj 66 Building With A Four-Burner Gas Stove With An Electric Oven, A Gas Cylinder And The Necessary Accessories (Reducer Pipe) And Will Present The Technical Sheets Of The Above. Equipment For The Approval Of The Ordering Party. In Addition, In The Building At Ul. Macieja Rataja 66A, The Contractor Will Replace The Existing Aluminum Doors With Steel, Profiled Ones In Each Staircase (4 Pcs.) And Present A Technical Card For The Ordering Partys Approval.
