The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Road In The Town Of Puszczykówiec. The Section Of The Municipal Road In Question Runs Through The Entire Town Of Puszczykówiec. The Road Has A Bituminous Surface With A Width Of 5.0-5.1 M With A Road Cross-Section. The Condition Of The Surface Is Satisfactory. There Is No Rainwater Drainage System, And Water Flows Superficially Onto Roadsides And Unpaved Areas. The Road Does Not Have A Sidewalk. It Is Planned To Modernize The Surface By Making An Overlay Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Over The Entire Width Of The Road. As Part Of The Road Reconstruction, A Two-Way Road With A Street And Semi-Street Cross-Section With A Mineral And Asphalt Surface Was Designed. Access Road With A Width Of Min. 5.0 M Along With The Construction Of A Sidewalk Strip Along The Property Made Of Concrete Cubes. Entrances To The Fields Are Planned In The Roadside Structure. Rainwater Will Be Discharged Through Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Onto Adjacent Roadsides And Unpaved Areas. During Construction Works, The Contractor Must Ensure Access To Adjacent Properties Or Side Roads Leading To Them. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards.
