The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Project Regarding The Revalorization Of The Building Of The Museum Of Masovian Nobility At Ul. Warszawska 61A In Ciechanów. The Contractor, Based On This Swz And Annex No. 2 And 3 To The Swz, Will Prepare Complete Design Documentation Including Construction Designs, Technical (Execution) Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Investor And Blind Cost Estimates, And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction, Conservation, Restoration And Installation Works Described In This Swz And Opz. The Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: The Construction Law, Implementing Regulations, Industry Standards, Conservation Guidelines And Decisions, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014. The Documentation Must Contain All Necessary Opinions, Expert Opinions, Inventories, Calculations And Arrangements, As Well As Conservation And Fire Protection Arrangements, Including Arrangements With The Relevant Authorities, Among Others.
