The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Provides Development, Maintenance, Application Operation And Advice Regarding The Norwegian Working Environment Authoritys Professional Systems (The Systems), Cf. Below. The Service Areas Include: 1) Development And Adaptation Using An Agile Approach, Including Changes And/Or Extensions Of The Systems Functionality, User Interface, Reports And Integrations. 2) Projects Based On A Waterfall-Based Approach. 3) Maintenance, Including Technical Support, Troubleshooting And Emergency Response. 4) The Application Operation Of Selected Applications That Are Based On Microsoft Products And Sitecore (Which Is Being Phased Out) Is Handled By The Supplier. The Norwegian Working Environment Authority Takes On The Role Of Release Manager Itself. Pipelines Are Executed In Azure Devops And Application Monitoring Via Grafana. 5) Advice Regarding, For Example, Information Architecture And Business Intelligence, User Interfaces And User Experience, Analysis Tasks, Development Of Architecture And Technological Platform, Integrations, Security, Compliance, Performance, Self-Service Solutions And Expansion Of The Systems In Relation To Mobile Workplaces.
