The Paving Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Regulations And Obligations Related To The Work Safety And Implementation Schedule Of The Main Contractor Of The Project In The Order Required By The Main Contract. In Other Separate Paving Contracts, The Paving Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor And, In Projects That Can Be Agreed Separately, Is Also Responsible For The Main Contractors Responsibility, For Example, With Regard To The Contractor For The Foundation Works Or Earth Material Deliveries That Are The Responsibility Of The Customer.
