The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Arrangement Of The Building Of The Rogatka Północna Pavilion Along With Land Development - Zamoyskiego 55 In The Form Of: Preparation Of A Comprehensive Technical And Technological Diagnosis And Development Of Multi-Sector Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Project Consisting In The Adaptation, Renovation And Modernization Of The Existing Building Of The Rogatka Północna Pavilion, Located At Ul. Zamoyskiego 55 In Warsaw, For The Needs Of The Public Library, Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of All Studies, Analyses, Expert Opinions, Designs And Documents Necessary For The Proper Preparation And Implementation Of The Investment, Including The Removal Of Identified Defects, Irregularities And Functional Limitations Of The Facility, As Well As The Adaptation Of It To A New Utility Function, While Respecting Its Historical And Architectural Values. 3. The Documentation Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, I.E. Enable The Conduct Of Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works, The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Achievement Of The Expected Technical, Energy, Functional And Aesthetic Effect. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order For Stages I-Iii Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Annexes, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Stage Iv: Providing Authors Supervision And Supporting The Ordering Party At The Stage Of The Contract Award Procedure, As A Result Of Which The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Selected (Including, Among Others, Preparing Explanations Of The Content Of The Design Documentation). This Agreement Will Constitute 10% Of The Gross Value Of The Offered Gross Lump Sum Price Indicated In The Offer Form And Will Be Concluded No Later Than Within 3 Days From The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings To Select The Contractor Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Template Of The Supervision Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
