Tenders Are Invited For Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Subscription Renewal, Purchase Of Technical Assistance And Software Support/Consultancy For Snow Software For A Period Of 36 Months
Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Subscription Renewal, Purchase Of Technical Assistance And Software Support/Consultancy For Snow Software For A Period Of 36 Months. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor For A Period Of 36 Months, Counting From The Date Indicated In The Acceptance Protocol, But Not Earlier Than May 1, 2026, Of Services Related To The Snow Software Owned By The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Continuity Of The Right To Use The Software And The Manufacturers Support, As Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Agreement. Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter: Swz). In Particular, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Provide Access To Licenses In The Subscription Model Indicated In Item 5 Below ; 2) Providing The Ordering Party With The Software Support Service For The Perpetual And Subscription Licenses Listed In The Table Below, Consisting In Providing 300 Hours (The Ordering Party Guarantees The Use Of A Minimum Of 50 Hours During The Term Of The Agreement) Of Technical And Substantive Consultations (Developer, Administrative, Programming) In The Scope Related To The Operation Of The Software; 3) Ensuring The Ordering Partys Right To Use The Technical Support Service For Its Perpetual And Subscription Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer. Software Name And Number Of Licenses: 1. Software Snow Productivity Optimizer: Maintenance Renewal (Formerly Software Snow Productivity Optimizer: Maintenance) - 15,000; 2. Software Snow Spend Optimizer - Datacenter: Maintenance Renewal (Snow Spend Optimizer - Sam: Maintenance) -1,800; 3. Software Snow Spend Optimizer - End User Computing: Maintenance Renewal (Snow Spend Optimizer - Sam: Maintenance) -13,200; 4. Software Snow Spend Optimizer (Previously Snow Spend Optimizer - Saas: Maintenance) - 13,200; 5. Data Intelligence Service: Subscription Renewal (Data Intelligence Service: Subscription) - 15,000. It Is Allowed To Submit An Offer Equivalent To The Data Intelligence Service: Subscription Component, Provided That The Offered Solution Provides Functionality Equivalent Or Higher Than The Reference Product, In Particular In The Field Of Analysis, Visualization And Integration Of Data Regarding The Use Of Software And It Resources In The Organization, Described In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Ipl. Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter: Swz). At The Same Time, It Is A Necessary Condition That The Offered Solution Equivalent To The Data Intelligence Service: Subscription Renewal Component (Data Intelligence Service: Subscription): • Is Fully Compatible And Cooperates With The Components Listed Below: O Software Snow Productivity Optimizer: Maintenance O Snow Spend Optimizer - Sam: Maintenance O Snow Spend Optimizer - Saas: Maintenance • Has Full Technical And Update Support In The Field Of Cooperation With The Above-Mentioned. Components (During The Term Of The Contract), Guaranteeing Uninterrupted Operation Of The Entire System Environment
