The Cable Measuring Vehicle Must Cover The Specified Spectrum Of Cable Measurement Technology For Energy, Control And Signal Cables. The Location Procedures, Voltage Tests And Cable Diagnostics Must Be Applicable To All Plastic And Paper-Insulated Cable Types And To Mixed Routes Up To A Nominal Voltage Of At Least 30 Kv. High-Voltage Tests According To Din Vde 0276-620/621 And Ieee 400.2 2024 Must Be Provided For Voltage Levels Up To And Including 30Kv.
