Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Equipment, Biomedical Furniture, Information Technology Equipment and Office Furniture. The Tender Dossier (Tender Document) may be purchased by candidates, upon written request to the University Hospital Centre of Djibouti, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Fifty thousand francs (50,000 DJF). All bids must be submitted in one original and two copies to the offices of the Djibouti University Hospital Center, located at: General Peltier Hospital , Marechal Avenue, no later than 8:00 a.m. on March 21, 2026 , and must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of seven million five hundred thousand (7,500,000) DJF, or an equivalent amount in convertible currency for foreign bidders. Bidders undertake to maintain the validity of their bid for 60 days from the bid submission deadline. Any bid submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable bid security will be rejected as non-compliant. The bid security for a consortium of companies must be issued in the name of the consortium submitting the bid, represented by its lead company. The bids will be opened by the National Public Procurement Commission in the presence of representatives of the bidders who wish to be present at the opening session, on March 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and read aloud in the meeting room of the Peoples Palace.
