The Subject Of The Order Carried Out As Part Of Individual Orders Will Be The Provision Of Repair Services And Regeneration Of Parts In Shredders, Screens And Heavy Equipment (Hereinafter: Machines Or Rolling Stock Units) Used By The Municipal Purification Company In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warszawie Sp. Z O. O. (Hereinafter: Mpo Or The Ordering Party), Divided Into The Following Tasks: Task 1 - Repair And Regeneration Of Parts In Doppstadt Shredders Used By Mpo.I. General Provisions 1. Due To The Specificity Of The Contract Related To Its Unpredictable Nature, The Ordering Party Is Unable To Precisely Determine The Quantity And Type Of Services Ordered At The Stage Of The Proceedings Aimed At Concluding Framework Agreements. The Type Of Individual Orders Placed On The Basis Of Framework Agreements Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Clarified At The Stage Of Implementation Of Framework Agreements As Part Of The Individual Orders Awarded, Within The Scope Of Task 1.2. Due To The Specificity Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Also Unable To Determine At The Stage Of The Procedure To Conclude Framework Agreements Which Machines The Individual Orders Will Apply To. Unit Orders May Concern Machines Indicated In The Lists Of Machines Used By Mpo, Which Constitute Appendices To Opz.3. Due To The Possibility Of Sale And Purchase By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, New Machines Other Than Those Specified In The Above-Mentioned Annexes, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number And Type Of Machines To Which Individual Orders Awarded During The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement Will Apply.4. Framework Agreements Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion, Or Until The Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order Is Exhausted, Whichever Comes First. Ii.
