A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars Will Be Built, Including 2 Spaces For Disabled People, Along With A Maneuvering Road With A Concrete Surface. Sidewalks Will Be Made Of Concrete Cubes, Within Which There Will Be A Bicycle Shelter (12 Parking Spaces) Along With An Electric Bicycle Charging Station And A Bicycle Repair Station. A Bus Bay With An Asphalt Concrete Surface And A Stop And Platform Platform With A Concrete Block Surface Will Also Be Constructed. A Bus Shelter For People Waiting For A Bus Is Planned To Be Located Within The Platform. The Transfer Center Will Be Built Directly Next To The Municipal Road - Ul. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement.
