The Subject Of The Order Includes The Partial Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface Along With The Renewal Of Road Markings Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Lubawa (In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities And Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications): 1) Technology For The Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface: A) Securing And Marking The Work Site In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, B) Cutting Out The Damaged Surface With Regular Shape, C) Cutting Out The Damaged Surface Using A Milling Machine, D) Cleaning Depressions Or Damaged Places And Removing Rubble, E) Smearing The Repaired Area And Edges With Asphalt, F) Filling The Defect With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of The Damage, G) Filling The Defect With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture Using A Bituminous Mass Layer, H) Compacting The Individual Layers, I) Sprinkling Bitumen On The Surface Of The Upper Layer And Compaction With Aggregate, J) Rolling The Surface With A Steel Roller. 2) The Contractor Carries Out The Works Using Its Own Materials And Equipment. The Materials Used Should Have Approvals, Certificates. 3) The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Used Must Meet The Standard: Pn-En 13108-1 Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures - Requirements - Part 1: Asphalt Concrete. 4) Technology For The Renovation Of Horizontal Markings: A) Securing And Marking The Work Site In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, B) Mechanical (Spraying) Painting With Quick-Drying Acrylic Solvent Paint Intended For Marking City Roads With An Asphalt Surface, C) The Markings Should Be Characterized By Good Visibility During The Day And At Night Thanks To The Use Of Glass Beads, D) Protection Of Freshly Painted Places Against Damage, E) The Horizontal Street Markings Should Be In Accordance With The Applicable Road Development Instructions And Other Current Regulations, F) The Works Should Be Performed On A Dry And Clean Surface Free From Dust, Sand And Oil, Surface Preparation Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, G) The Works Can Be Performed At A Minimum Air Temperature Of 5Oc, A Maximum Relative Air Humidity Of 85% Or In Accordance With The Technical Approval Of The Material Used, H) It Is Unacceptable To Paint The Road When The Air Or Ground Is Clearly Damp, I.E. During Precipitation, During The Occurrence Of Fog Or Dew, I) All Means Used By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Contract Must Have The Necessary Certificates Required By Law, And The Employees Performing The Scope Of This Contract Will Have The Required Authorizations.2. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Safety, Damage To Property And To Third Parties Resulting From The Performance Of Obligations Arising From The Contract, As Well As From Their Improper Performance.3.
