Description The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Contract With A Contractor For: • Establishment Of Cable Trenches And Land Roofs In Connection With A New Submarine Cable Connection Between Fitjar And Tysnes.• Establishment Of Cable Trenches And Land Roofs In Connection With A New Submarine Cable Connection Between Austevoll And Tysnes. For Further Details, Refer To The Other Procurement Documents, Including Technical Description, Quantity Descriptions, Maps And Drawings, Etc. For A More Detailed Description Of Estimated Contract Start-Up, Progress And Deadlines, Refer To The Contract Basis Chapter E. Important Information About Access To The Procurement Documents: It Is Specified That Part Ii Contract Basis With Attachments (Technical Tender Documents) Contains Power-Sensitive Information That Is Confidential In Accordance With The Energy Act And The Power Emergency Regulations. Relevant Documents, Interested Suppliers Must Complete And Sign Annex 1 (Information Security Agreement) And Annex 2 (Confidentiality Declaration). The Signed Documents Must Be Delivered In The Message Portal In Mercell. After The Client Has Received A Signed Information Security Agreement And Non-Disclosure Agreement, The Supplier Will Be Sent Part Ii Of The Contract Basis With All Attachments (Technical Tender Documents). It Is A Prerequisite For The Implementation Of The Projects That The Necessary Approvals Are In Line With The Clients Expectations. This Includes, Among Other Things, Board Approval Of Agreements, Concessions And Other Permits, Including Landowner Agreements Etc. If These Prerequisites Do Not Occur, The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition. It May Also Be Relevant To Change The Basis Of The Competition If Licenses Or Other Permits Are Delayed, Or Not Granted In Accordance With The Clients Prerequisites. Such Changes May Include, Among Other Things, Adjustments To The Start Of The Contract, Deadlines, Implementation Plan And Contract Period, As Well As Other Adaptations. Among Other Things, This May Mean That The Contract Period Is Postponed, Which May Also Affect The Construction Time. Any Changes Will Be Communicated In Writing To The Remaining Suppliers In The Competition. The Suppliers Will Then Have The Opportunity To Adapt Their Offers, Or Possibly Deliver A Revised Offer Within A Set Deadline. The Client Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Offers To Be Negotiated. A First Reduction In The Number Of Offers Can Already Take Place In Advance Of The Negotiations, Cf. The Supply Regulations § 19-12 (4). The Client Also Reserves The Right To Award The Contract Without Carrying Out Negotiations.
