Contracting Works Spot Renovation Drinking Water Network.Sant Bartomeu Del Grau City Council Directly Manages The Municipalitys Drinking Water Supply Service. The Current Hydraulic Technical Performance (Rth) Of The Network Is 82%, A Value That Is Considered Adequate. Despite This, One Of The Priority Objectives In The Short And Medium Term Is The Reduction Of Water Losses In The Network, Especially Taking Into Account That The Municipality Depends On A Single Supply Point, The Vilaseca Wells, A Fact That Makes It Necessary To Optimize The Management Of The Resource To The Maximum. In This Context, It Is Necessary To Reinforce And Renew The Sections Of The Network That Present A Poor State Or A History Repeated Breakdowns, With The Aim Of Improving The Reliability Of The Service, Reducing Losses And Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Supply. Currently, There Are Still Several Sections Of The Supply Network Made Up Of Fiber Cement Pipes, Obsolete Material And Not Suitable For Current Standards, Which Are Expected To Be Replaced By New Pipes In Accordance With Current Regulations. Specifically, The Project Contemplates The Renovation Of Three Sections Of The Network. The Object Of The Present Contract Is The Contracting, Promoted By The City Council Of Sant Bartomeu Del Grau, Of The Execution Of The Works Included In The Executive Project To Renovate The Drinking Water Supply Network Of The Municipality, With The Aim Of Improving The Efficiency, Safety And Sustainability Of The Service, In Accordance With The Technical And Administrative Prescriptions Established In The Corresponding Specifications.
