The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Delivery, Installation And Launch Of A Set Of Cad Engineering Software Dassault Systemes 3Dexperience In The On Premise Licensing Model In The Form Of A Commercial License In The Pcs+Mdg Configuration, I.E. One Mdg Mechanical Designer License And Two Pcs Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator Access Licenses, Along With The Necessary Training, Hereinafter Referred To As The Software Or The Subject Of The Agreement. The Exact Date Of The Training Will Be Determined In Documentary Form (In Writing Or By E-Mail) At Least 14 Days Before The Start Of The Training. Training Must Take Place On Working Days (Which Means Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays) Between 8.00 A.M. And 3.00 P.M. The Scope Of Each Training Will Be Determined Based On Post-Implementation Needs. The Expected Training Time For 1 Person Is 1 Business Day. The Training Should Take Place Only Online. The Software Should Be Delivered In The On-Premise Licensing Model, I.E. The Cost Of Purchasing The License Consists Of A One-Time Plc (Primary License Charge) And Alc (Annual License Charge). The Contractor Will Train Designated Persons From The Ordering Party (No More Than 3) In The Field Of 3D Experience Software, I.E.: 3 3Dexperience Transition From Catia V5, 3Dexperience Administration, 3Dexperience It Administration Training Courses. The Training Will Be Carried Out No Later Than 7 Days After The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Agreement.
