The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Work Consisting In The Comprehensive Supply And Installation Of The Mobile Part Of The Etcs Application Level 2 Security System (Level 2), Which Will Comply With The Basic Standard 3 (Baseline 3) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) To 1 Unit Of The Traction Rail Vehicle Of The Series - The Locomotive Of The 742 Series (Originally Designated T 466.2). The Contract Also Includes The Supply Of Related Technical Documentation, Including Documents Necessary For The Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of The Equipment, Including The Implementation Of Changes To The Equipment And All Documents Necessary For The Operation Of Such A Retrofitted Unit On Railway Lines In The Czech Republic, Which Will Not Be Of A Temporary Or Trial Nature, Including Type Approval Documents (Homologation) And Certificates Of Competence Or Other Similar Documents Relating To The Unit, I.E. Approval By The Railway Authority (Dú) And The European Railway Agency (Era). A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex No. 3 Zd And Its Annexes.
