On The Basis Of A Joint Venture Framework Agreement With Sale And Purchase, The Provision Of Spare Parts, Maintenance, Repair And Servicing Of 1,465 (+/- 5 %) Stihl And Viking Small Machines (Lawn Mowers, Self-Propelled Lawnmowers, Chain Saws, Hedge Trimmers, Soil Drills, Tree Pruners, Dust And Leaf Vacuum Cleaners, Blowers, Sprayers, Joint Cutters, Etc.) Located In The Engineering Department Of Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (Bidder), Including Warranty Repairs (Warranty For Repairs Carried Out Under This Contract). The Winning Bidder Must Ensure The Maintenance And Supply Of Spare Parts For The Devices During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Number Of Units Listed In The Above Sections Is Constantly Changing, So It Does Not Include The Number Of Devices That May Be Purchased In The Following Years Or That May Be Withdrawn From Use In The Coming Period. The Bidder Must Take Into Account That He May Also Have To Undertake The Repair Of Equipment To Be Purchased In The Future. Ad-Hoc Orders Can Be Placed Until The Date Of Exhaustion Of The Net Frame Amount Of Huf 130,000,000 According To The Contract, But No Later Than Until The End Of A Fixed Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Bidder Does Not Undertake To Partially Or Fully Exhaust The Part Of The Service That Is Not Subject To An Obligation To Order, And The Bidder May Not Make Any Claims For Compensation, Indemnification Or Other Claims Against The Bidder Due To The Failure To Fully Or Partially Exhaust It. The Bidder Must Perform At Least The Following Tasks (Services) With Regard To The Devices Within The Framework Of The Contract: • Complete Status Recording, Fault Finding, Determination, Quotation Preparation, Spare Parts Supply; • In Every Case Of Repair, The Tenderer Must Carry Out A Full Inspection Of The Device To Be Repaired, Notify The Colleague Of The Given Engineering Department Of The Detected Defects, So That They Must Be Entered On The Worksheet Created At The End Of The Repair; • You Must Prepare A Quotation For The Work To Be Performed, After The Error Has Been Identified (Handover Document Or Delivery Note), For Other Comments Recorded On The Worksheet, For Errors Discovered During The Process, Within 5 Working Days. The Price Offer Must Be Sent To The Bidder In A Verifiable Manner (E-Mail). • Full-Scale Maintenance, Inspection, Adjustment, Troubleshooting, Renovation; • Full-Scale Repair And Service; • General Metal Structure Repairs; • Full-Scale Repair And Troubleshooting Of The Electrical System; • You Must Be Able To Carry Out Periodic Safety Inspections On Machines And Devices That Are Required By Law And Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement (The Fee For Periodic Safety Inspections Will Be Accounted For In The Installation Net Overhead Fee); • Sale Of Consumable Parts To The Contracting Authority; Ouch
