Construction Work – South Slavic Mausoleum - Iii. Stage, 1St Substage. The Subject Of The Public Order South Slavic Mausoleum - Iii. Stage - 1St Sub-Stage Is Construction Work Connected With The Reconstruction Of The Crypt. The Subject Of The Public Contract South Slavic Mausoleum - Iii. Stage, 1St Sub-Stage Is Construction Work Connected With The Reconstruction Of The Buildings Crypt. Repair Work Will Be Carried Out In The Crypt. Wet Plastering, Damaged Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Structures Will Be Restored, Floors Will Be Repaired, Ventilation Ducts Will Be Checked For Functionality And Their Subsequent Restoration, Or Static Securing Of Damaged Structures Will Be Carried Out... Electrical And High-Current Distributions Will Be Newly Made Or Restored, The Building Will Then Be Supplemented With Low-Current Distributions (Alarm Security And Emergency System) And Lighting Fixtures Will Be Put Into Operation. According To The Already Prepared Restoration Plans, Stone, Wooden And Metal Elements Will Be Restored. The Coffins With The Remains Of 1,224 Buried Soldiers Are Located In The Crypt Area. Before Work Begins, These Remains And Coffins Will Be Temporarily Moved By An Organization Authorized To Dispose Of Them. The Remains With Coffins Will Be Deposited And Treated At A Designated Place. They Will Then Be Stored Back In The Crypt. The Work Connected With The Placement, Treatment And Return Of The Remains Is The Subject Of The 2Nd Sub-Stage And A Separate Procurement Procedure. However, The Documentation And Placement Of The Remains Will Be Carried Out By A Professional Organization Before The Start Of Construction Work. The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of An Organization Handling Remains And Coffins Is Conducted By A Separate Tender Procedure And Is Not The Subject Of This Contract. The Contractor Acknowledges The Presence Of Another Subject And Is Obliged To Provide Him With The Necessary Cooperation. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Will Clean And Disinfect The Interior Spaces. With Regard To The Hygienic And Health Hazards Of The Interior Spaces Caused By The Long-Term Storage Of Human Remains, The Contractor Will Ensure The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Activities (I.E. Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Interior Spaces) Using Adequate Protective Work Equipment. The Contractor Also Acknowledges That The Stored Materials Are Infected And Degraded Primarily By Fungi, Putrefactive Processes And Germs (The Cause Of Death Of Buried Soldiers Is In The Vast Majority Of Cases Succumbing To Injuries, But Infectious Diseases - Tuberculosis, Typhoid, Cholera, Malaria - Also Occur As A Cause Of Death To A Certain Extent). With This In Mind, Adequate Protective Work Equipment Will Be Used For Cleaning And Disinfecting The Premises (Protective Clothing, Min. Class Ffp3 Respirator, Safety Glasses, Gloves, Shoes Or Covers...) And These Will Be Changed After Use According To Wear In Order To Maintain Their Protective Function. The Object Is An Immovable Cultural Monument Registered In The Central List Of Cultural Monuments Of The Czech Republic Under Register Number 44929/8-2618. The Supplier Or The Applicant For A Public Contract Undertakes, For Reasons Of Piety, To Ensure That Neither He Nor His Subcontractors Or Other Persons, Whom The Supplier Or The Applicant For A Public Contract Uses To Fulfill The Subject Of The Work, Will Not In Any Way Publish During The Performance Of The Wo
