Cleaning Products – T-98-25 Procurement Of Industrial Cleaning Products. T-98/25 Procurement Of Industrial Cleaning Products Within The Framework Of A Sales Contract. Planned Total Quantity: 13,492 Me/ 24 Months (Db, Do, Kg, L) Details Are Included In The Price Table. The Quantities Given In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. In Order To Clearly Identify The Offered Product And To Check Its Suitability, The Offeror Must Specify In The Offer The Manufacturer Of The Product To Be Delivered, The Product Manufacturers Identification Number, Or Other Data Helping To Identify The Products (E.G. Product Manufacturers Drawing Number, Url Availability Of The Online Manufacturers Catalog, Etc.). In Addition, You Must Also Provide The Trade Name Of The Recommended Products. The Delivered Products Must Be Clearly Identifiable By The Commercial Names Given In The Offer. In The Case Of A Product Offered As Equivalent, A Data Sheet Containing (Also) The Technical Parameters Of The Product Or An Equivalent Document (E.G. Product Description) Must Be Submitted, From Which Compliance With The Technical Requirements Stipulated By The Bidder Can Be Established For The Bidder. The Quality Of The Product Offered As Equivalent May Be Better Than The Technical Requirement Prescribed By The Bidder For The Given Product. In Case Of Doubt, It Is The Responsibility Of The Tenderer To Prove Equivalence (And, Where Applicable, Better Quality). For Each Offered Product, The Bidder Must Declare In The Price Table Whether It Is Classified As A Hazardous Substance Or A Mixture According To The Applicable Legal Regulations. For Those Products That Are Subject To The Xxv. Of 2000 On Chemical Safety. Are Classified As Dangerous Substances Or Mixtures According To The Provisions Of The Act (Hereafter Kbtv.), The Safety Data Sheet In Hungarian Corresponding To The Provisions Of The Kbtv Must Be Submitted Simultaneously With The Submission Of The Offer, As Stated In The Public Procurement Guide And The Technical Description. The Tenderer Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That He Must Attach A Security Data Sheet In Accordance With The Provisions Of Eu Regulation 2020/878! The Tenderer Verifies The Suitability And, Where Appropriate, Equivalence Of The Offered Products Based On The Data Contained In The Safety Data Sheets And, Where Appropriate, The Technical Data Sheet Submitted As Their Products.
