Natural Gas – Delivery Of Natural Gas Gz50 For The Wszw Boiler And Incineration Plant In Gorzów Wlkp. Sp. Z O. O.. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply (Sale And Distribution) Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E (Gz50) To Consumption Points Through Existing Connections In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract (But Not Earlier Than From April 1, 2026) For A Period Of 12 Months With A Total Forecast Volume Of 26,105,000 Kwh. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure. The Condition For Commencement Of Deliveries On The Indicated Date Is The Effective Expiry Of The Applicable Contract And The Successful Completion Of The Seller Change Procedure. The Ordering Party Is Currently Bound By A Comprehensive Agreement Until March 31, 2026.
